LynSue is more than a brand, it’s a family legacy, and the company was named in honor of Sierra Combs’ mother. LynSue was a nickname lovingly used by her uncle. It represents warmth, strength, and a deep sense of care for others, all qualities that are at the heart of every event we serve.

With more than two decades in hospitality, Sierra Combs brings a depth of experience that goes far beyond bartending, it’s a mastery of service.
Her career began in kitchens and restaurants, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of food, beverage, and the operational precision required to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Over the past 15 years as a server and bartender, and the last 7 years dedicated to private events, Sierra has refined her ability to execute seamless, elevated experiences for gatherings of every scale.
This foundation is further strengthened by her background in corporate food service management, where she developed a reputation for organization, efficiency, and professionalism. From detailed event preparation to flawless execution and intuitive guest interaction, Sierra understands what it takes to ensure every element runs effortlessly.
With hands-on experience serving at premier venues throughout the Las Vegas valley, she brings a high-level perspective to luxury mobile bartending in Las Vegas, combining technical skill with a genuine passion for hospitality.
